Wheel chair accessible. Daily prices are in USD and do not include the 16% IVA Tax nor the 3% Hotel Tax; add 19% to all lodging prices.

Weekly rentals only except
monthly & broken week rentals are available in low season. There is an additional 10% discount to rent the
condo as a 1 bedroom/1 bath.
High season: November 15 through
April 30;
Low Season: May 1 through November

Weekly rentals are Saturday
to Saturday only. Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is noon. If you
have a late departing flight your luggage can be securely stored in our common
areas and you can enjoy the pools until your taxi arrives to take you
to the airport. A common area bathroom is provided for changing from
your pool attire into your flight attire.

All reservations will be held
for seven (7) days pending receipt of deposit by personal check or a
Direct Deposit to the owners US bank. Deposit requirement is 50% to guarantee
reservation; balance is due no less than four weeks prior to arrival.
Typically we will send out a postcard to remind you of the date and
balance due about six weeks prior to your scheduled arrival.

Extra Charge ***
It can be arranged to have some initial food and housekeeping supplies purchased and delivered to the condo just prior to your arrival. If this service is desired you will be sent a pre-selected shopping list of most frequently used items; all you will need to do is fill in the quantities. Add $100 USD to your deposit amount; you will be provided with a receipt from Comercial Mexicana with $15 USD added for the service and your change will be in pesos which will supply you with some local currency to tide you over until you can get into town to change money. Generally you will need to have a passport to change traveler's checks. With cash, no ID is necessary. There are numerous ATMs in town and there is one machine at the airport to your left as you exit customs.
If you order 2% milk it is frequently unavailable in the normal refrigerated plastic containers. You will receive "boxed" milk which after refrigeration is identical in taste to the regular refrigerated milk.
Cancellation
Policies: Owing to the difficulties of re-renting a canceled time segment we will retain from your deposit 10% on any cancellation; 50% - 30 to 60 days prior to arrival date; 75% - 30 days or less prior to arrival date. No
show - No Refund. All prices quoted are in US Dollars. Rates for Canadians will be quoted upon request and will be based on internationally published exchange rates.
